We're very proud of our instructors. We know most of our competitors in this business and some of them have been trained by us as inspectors or they have attended training seminars or other inspection classes our instructors have taught. Between them our instructors have earned licenses, degrees, certificates and/or state or federal certifications in fields such as:

  • Septic System Inspection
  • Termite and Pest Inspection
  • Licensed HVAC Contractor
  • Licensed Master Electrician
  • Licensed General Contractor

  • FHA-203(k) Rehab Consulting
  • Foundation Repair & Contractor
  • Major Appliance Repair & Installation
  • Mechanical Engineering Design
  • EPA Trained in Lead & Asbestos Inspection
  • FHA New Construction Compliance Inspections
  • ICBO, BOCA, and ICC Code Certified Inspectors
  • Certified EIFS / STUCCO Moisture Analysis & Inspections
  • Residential & Commercial Building and Remodeling
  • Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Sales & Real Estate Brokerage

Our instructors have extensive hands-on experience in residential and commercial building, remodeling, contracting, etc. They not only know how to inspect a building, but how to build or repair it from the ground up and how the various components and systems work and interact with each other. Our instructors are some of the best at what they do in the USA today.

We don't train inspectors to pass tests although we show them how and what to study to do so - we train inspectors to inspect buildings and to be good at doing this.

Because we specialize in small classes, our instructors can give students a lot of personal attention and teach them how to be successful inspectors in a very short time period. If you're serious about home or building inspection as a career - Call us, you'll be glad you did!
